good, than NOT overpay and end up with another revenue-killing HC like Odom.

As I said in the OP, it's crazy to try to save 2 or 3 mil (in a $100 million budget) on the FB or BB coach, the life blood of the AD's top revenue-earning programs and thus the most important thing to invest in.
