HC is only about $3 mil/year, and your annual budget is nearly $100 mil/year, then it seems really foolish to not just spend the extra $3M and get a top coach (especially since it would likely pay for itself with success-driven increases in revenue).
Of all ways to save $3M in a $100M budget, the head FB coach (or BB coach) should be the last place you "go cheap" to get those savings. In the long run, it will cost you far more than it saves, as we've painfully experienced with KA and BO.
I think Sterk understands that, but will our BoC be willing to approve a $6.5 mil/year salary? Will they understand that you have to spend $$$ to make $$$?
