had to overpay a bit to uproot his family from Cal and get him to take over a program that had reached dumpster-fire status.

We will probably have to overpay in FB too. If we could make a Cuonzo Martin type hire for the FB program - in particular an established P5 head coach with a strong STL connection, who can recruit at a high level - that would be spectacular.
