does continue to spiral downward. But Sterk isn't replacing Odom with some Power 5 Coordinator or even some mid-level collegiate coach. If Sterk pulls the trigger it would only be for huge name like Les Miles, Bob Stoops, Chip Kelly, Rex Ryan, or Marvin Lewis.
