I think Odom will eventually be a really good head coach

I'm just not sure that's at Mizzou. It usually takes a new coach 3-4 years to learn how to be a head coach. Mizzou fans do not seem to be willing to see if he can figure it out.

If Odom is fired after this year I wouldn't be shocked. I also wouldn't be shocked if whoever the new coach at Tennessee or Texas A&M is were to hire Odom as DC make over 1 million/year.

Then in 3-4 years when he gets his second shot he's successful
