Kind of like rules in place to not pay players or handlers?

There are ways to get around this stuff. I will give you the common scenario:

- Player is unhappy with current situation
- Player tells AAU coach/handlers
- AAU coach/handlers spread the word to recruiters/other coaches
- Recruiters/coaches inform handler that a spot would be open for their player if they choose to transfer

This is exactly how the program would work. I'm all for not having kids sit out an entire year. However if you let kids transfer without any kind every player with NCAA eligibility would be open for recruitment. Even is that recruitment is done in the shadows.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
