10 point losses are a pretty substantial margin in college

basketball. 50% of our losses were by 10 points or more. Only 7 of our losses were by 5 points or less which is what I'd consider being close. Even if we could have flipped those games to wins, that's still only 15 wins which is a terrible year. We weren't very close.
When I think of a team that was "close" to being better, I think of a team like our 2012-2013 team. 7 of our losses we were within 3 points at the end of the game. That team with Dixon is a really good team.
