status, personality, worldliness, humor, etc etc are able to override the dude's looks or his age. Invariably, when one younger woman shows her girlfriends what said older or dorkier object of her affection looks like, their reaction is exactly like yours. But I've yet to see that reaction of her girlfriends deter those women from being into the guy they've zeroed in on.

Guys are up a creek in terms of having a smaller pool to date from because most of us don't have that ability to almost completely put physical attributes aside. And a majority of women are in the same boat, but there's undeniably a subset of women who have the ability to put physical attributes and age aside because of some attribute that guy has shown her that created a deeper attraction or connection.

The upshot for a guy is, once you realize this, you also realize you are never out of the game completely no matter your age or other life circumstances.

That Radnofsky guy is a very talented director with a sensitive side. I didn't know he was banging J-Law, but I saw him in an interview with Natalie Portman who starred in one of his films and you could tell the immense chemistry they had and how Natalie was sort of palpably gaga about being able to be around him. He is not photogenic but he apparently has some kind of it factor with younger women actors when they get to know him very well.
