I got a failure to appear a couple years ago

I over wrote the court date in my phone with a dentist appointment and forgot all about it.

My $30 fine for not carrying my new insurance card jumped to $300.

Rogers doesn't allow you to simply pay the fine with the court clerk - you HAVE to go to court so the judge can make sure the card you have isn't fake.
