It's the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life and it's been going on for decades. Sterk and Odom are just as much at fault as any other AD or coach in the past.

It's like having someone shadow a reluctant student to get them up for classes, tutoring sessions, etc. It just makes sense. It's pragmatic. You have to do it if you a responsible, intelligent coach or administrator.
