People who commit terrorist acts typically are criminals looking to make changes in democratically elected governments. See Palestinians, see IRA, See Beider-Meinhoff, see ObL. That is my definition, it is traditional going back decades.

Webster -
1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.
2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
3. a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
