possibly feel differently. I respect not wanting to share information given in confidence, but I would love to know a reason that the 3 year destruction of our program was not entirely his fault. All current known evidence points to that being the case.

Haith left for Tulsa because they offered him a raise, an extension, and because his relationship with his boss had deteriorated into unsustainable. Very sensible reasons.
