what is the reality as it is today..the laws and the courts and their interpretations.

If we had to start over, what would we do. There are so many times those get misused on this board...that is one of the problems I have with Pickle and 90Tiger...they always talk about the way it SHOULD be..not the way it is. in your case, you directly asked "what would you do" and we answered what we would do.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
