Many people, me for one disagree with you.
If you own a business you may NOT, per the law and in accord with my opinion, deny service or products to anyone because of race, sex or religion.
We had this conversation on the board re the gaze wanting a wedding cake. The baker must provide the same services and products to anyone willing to pay. He is not required in my interpretation to perform special tasks or custom make products for anyone for whatever reasons he chooses. If it's on the shelf, he has to sell it.
But he does not have to bake if he's black in this example, for a klansman who wants a cake depicting a lynching or cross burning. I've posted that example before.
Do you really think it's ok not to sell a house to blacks?
You and i have different opinions. Why does yours take precedence, especially when the laws as written agree with me?
