ask the guy to put on his shirt or leave. I'd be thinking from a financial standpoint.

2) If I were a fan sitting behind the guy I'd probably laugh to myself about the stupid tattoos then go on watching the game minding my own business.

3) Businesses should be free to make whatever rules they want.
