my buddy got one passed out in the passenger seat

after the driver had made it home and went inside. My buddy was too heavy for her to lift out so she left him in the car with the keys in the ignition so if he did wake up he could start the car and warm up. It was during the winter.

Cop drives by and sees him in the car and arrests him. The woman even told the same story to the cops and it didnt matter. DUI and he had to pay for an attorney. DUI laws are a joke
