too ****ing lazy to articulate your full argument (in this case what in the Florida constitution and the judge's ruling substantiate your position).

It's tiresome and more importantly, I don't get to read what your argument ACTUALLY IS.

EDIT: I see below it's a process issue, can you elaborate or do I have to read bot the Florida constitution and the judges ruling to deserve the details?
