Don't underestimate value of another year together

I think part of last years problem was there were so many new coaches and most had never worked together before. Most of the time a new HC is an already established HC coming from another gig and they bring their staff with them....or fill in with guys they have worked with before. Not what happened here. I liken it to an offensive line....they always say it takes some time to gel as a unit because they depending on knowing each other well to be syncronized. I think it is the similar with coaches. They have another year and full off-season together. It should make a big difference. And the fact EVERYONE is overlooking us. Even at lot of our own fans.
