A place like Booche's benefits tremendously from being an old guard type place. People love that aspect.

I'm talking resting on your laurels in terms of food quality and/or food service. And really primarily I am talking about food quality.

Most restaurants that become famous eventually decide that service quality doesn't matter so why bother.

I've heard from many people that Arthur Bryant's and Gates are nowhere near as good as they used to be.

Some diminution is inevitable, most is laziness.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
