a program to get 40 out of 43 points. That is the only plausible combination.

Except the denominator has to be an even number, because every player for every semester has 2 available APR points. 930 is more of a football program type number where there are lots more student athletes. Its not really a viable score for a basketball program with 10-13 student athletes on the roster.
