sad that we have not been able to hire a more accomplished coach. And if you've paid attention to me over the years, you'd realize that I am not one to harp on trying to land a big name guy from another major program. But rather someone who believes in hiring the successful, young guy. Norm was pretty good at UNI, but was not in D1 and he only got the job because he was a Mizzou grad. Quin was the hottest thing going and based on what was known at the time, was the right hire, but he was not a winning HC. Anderson was pretty good for UAB, but with known flaws that hinders him at the major level to this day. Haith was a travesty. Anderson was also a mistake with no track record in D1.
