I'm excited about the future of the program, and the future of our AD with Sterk running things. Unlike his predecessors, he seems to understand the importance of hiring top coaches and recruiters, instead of going cheap. Ultimately, going cheap on your head coaches becomes an expensive mistake when fans become apathetic due to lack of success. You have to invest money to make money, and Sterk gets that.
