Then he left Tennessee due to lack of support from the fans and AD and quickly took Cal (a very hard place to win) to their best NCAA seed in program history.

He's a winner who has elevated programs quickly and never had a bad season.

Given time (i.e. more than 3 years) he will build a consistent contender, especially at Missouri near his STL roots.
