According to the Constitution, for a president to be impeached the grounds are “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
According to rask on Politics Board, "no crime or "illegal act" needs to have occurred for impeachment to be pursued."
Now, I am inclined to side with the Constitution on this one, but will give you an opportunity to sway me. Care to accept the challenge?
