Physics exam does not make one unsuccessful. Trying to learn ten hours worth of college physics in a single school year is a challenge for the most prepared students. I doubt one in ten of the readers on this board could score a four or five on that exam.

What I teach are students who have more obstacles to their education than those in the burbs. This does not make them dumb it just means that they have to work much harder than I did to achieve the same results. Some of their problems are self inflicted some are inflicted upon them. It does not make them any less worthy of a chance at an education.

What I have zero tolerance for are those who feel they have the right to disrupt other people's educations. Every kid has a right to an education. When you abuse that right and especially that right for others you need to be removed from that environment.
