nation that are experiencing an influx of inner city transfer students.

Labeling it a false narrative allows you to close your eyes and deny that there are major issues with inner city cultures. It is also people like you who force districts like the one in the story to sacrifice their standards in the name of inclusion.

The actual ractists in these stories are always the ones who refuse to hold minority students to acceptable standards because they feel those students lack the ability to conform to accepted norms.
