totalitarian, monarch regimes that have to keep the clerics happy by paying them to keep the masses at bay to avoid overthrow. The clerics teach Wahabiism, the most strict, radical form of Islam and when these folks emigrate that have no viable skills so they have to go on the dole and rely on government assistance for damn near everything. They see the whites with jobs and nice houses and it ****es them off.
