Nebraska loved the uneven pay outs until Mizzou passed them up.
They were OK with being second fiddle to Texas and Oklahoma but not to Mizzou.
That is when they started to blame Texas, and instead of switching their vote to change the bylaws, they took the first chance to split that they could get.
They did this because they were afraid Missouri was going to leave anyway, and because they recognized the very real possibility that if the bylaws were changed then Oklahoma and Texas would take the PAC 12 deal.
