Flooding is becoming frequent. Droughts more severe. Data east of the Rockies shows flooding specifically is becoming more and more common and more severe. And while yes it can be tied to infrastructure and devastation of wetlands, the last 30 years (a set of normals) show more rainfall, but less rainfall days. The Artic is setting records on nearly a yearly basis for warmth and lack of ice. Antarctica is seeing the effects but it's much slower due to less landmass in the Southern Hemisphere. These were all things predicted.
