similar one right here in KC. A Channel 9 news crew just happened to be there to witness it from the start. Police were chasing a truck down I-70. It ran off the road and stopped. Police surrounded it and pulled the driver through the driver's side window to the ground. Then they proceeded to beat him. 9 got it all on tape. There were no riots over it. No demonstrations. But maybe that's because the driver was white.
