sorry snowflake, but payroll taxes (SSN) isn't anything special. You have no right to your benefits, congress, govt can cut them at any time. It's a tax.
You're now intentionally spinning Tigerdb. It's all about what you end up with. You're arguing I didn't pay 15% , because the S corp paid 7.5%.
At the end of the day, that's still money not going to my pocket.
So, no matter how you argue your bullshyte, it's still not a tax rate of 15%.
