for example, pubs aren't smart enough to figure that when they lower/eliminate income tax on pass-through entities (S Corps) that individuals will shift to that type of entity to avoid tax (i.e. a Dr. or college basketball coach's earnings suddenly are exempt.)

Please explain why this message is being reported.
