From there you go on to make your argument about the Constitution. The second sentence builds upon the premise you layer down with the first sentence. Your first sentence I believe to be false but is at the very least completely unsupported. That makes it a flawed premise. If your premise is not valid then your entire argument is built upon straw and completely falls apart.
Add logic to the list of things that you need to understand better before trying to teach to others.
