nature. If they are concrete then they have to have an origin. What is that origin? If they are, in fact, an abstract idea then you should be able to trace their genesis. And no you cannot 'discover' an abstract as you have claimed before.
Since your premise is that they are derrived from nature and you cannot substantiate that claim everything that follows is pure crap.
Natural Rights are a human construct. The Constitution just outlines the rights our federal government will insure to its people.
It is the United States Constitution not the World Constitution so you may choose to argue that everyone has the rights outlined in the Constitution but the US government has no duty to protect those rights anywhere except US soil.
