The birds ability to fly is not inherent to the bird.

You make it sound like some type of magic. Simple physics explains the birds ability to fly. I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be an expert in biology, but there are scientific principles at play that allow some organisms to asexually reproduce.
Even if birds did fly by magic and asexual reproduction was some sort of gift from the gods they are still observable phenomenon, meaning that they are concrete.
Your claim of natural rights is simply that, a claim. Forget that I ask for you to prove the origin of natural rights. lets take it back on step, can you prove that natural rights even exist. Not as an abstract concept that philosophers debate about but as an actual entity. Because I can prove that birds fly and some organisms asexually reproduce.
Flight, asexual reproduction and particle physics are things that can be demonstrated. they are concrete and therefore real.
Natural rights are a totally abstract human construct. You may argue their existence and what they may be but you have no way to prove that they exist.
