some validity. If so, it truly is one more reason that "diversity and inclusion" (of cultures I might add) is often counterproductive and dysfunctional. If a black kid needs another black to convince them to study and stay in school then why not just go back to straight segregation and really help them out?

Also, here's a reason I'm a little skeptical, as a bit of a counter-argument.
