This useless crap is old, tired.

Let's all pretend the inner city school failures are all due to them being staffed with nothing but white teachers, white administrative staff.

That wasn't even true in 1950.

Inner city schools fail because they do not teach responsibility, and do not hold anyone accountable for their actions. Including their own staff.

The kids don't care, parent's don't care, and the teacher's don't care much either, and the admin is just trying to keep the kids from burning the school to the ground.
