The sea absorbs less solar radiation than the sun. Thats why you need to wear sunblock at the lake while you may not have to in your back yard.
Again, your premise is skewed.
Heat radiated into the atmosphere is absorbed by atmospheric CO2. Sea temps rising is a product of increased global temps, NOT THE SUN.
