He is not a stupid person. He knows he cannot do it himself. He is doing what he can to improve the team, by talking to other highly talented players, and we shall see what happens. That doesn't mean his expectations will be unrealistic or that he and the team will fail based upon their hopes and expectations once the roster is set. So no. His his aspirations do not mean he has unrealistic expectations, or that he will fail. Those are not the same thing.
