that 'failure' to have come from within, or because of those around him. If it is the latter and he thinks they are holding him back or doesn't believe in the coaching, that is a different matter and it would push him to leave.

But if he finishes the season and thinks, 'I didn't reach all my expectations and goals, and I know I can do better'....combined with all those other factors I think he comes back.
