Just like Morningstar getting paid by the same funds it was analyzing

Ripe situation for kickbacks.

History has proven this to be a issue.

My bigger point is that there is a need for non-partisan regulation of healthcare. The issue is, what level? Most thoughts are too shallow to understand first the principles behind the need. Once those principles are understood (the public policy perspective), then you can start to formulate solutions. I find that too many here want government out of many things without really addressing what that means.

That may not include you and I am sorry if you were caught in the crossfire.
