taxation actually draws the line at a 1% tax targeted to those who created the problem.

I assume you have the same negative view of increased cigarette taxes as well?

If the neighbors kids are sneaking into my yard, stealing from my garden and then taking it back home to mom and dad I don't really give a **** what they think when I take measures to stop it. Remittances from the US are the top driver of the Mexican economy.
