He is a neighbor to our Mexican brothers and sisters. Points out that relationships with Mexico, our third largest trading partner, are worsening under Trump and the very idea, let alone the reality of a wall would worsen such even further. On top of this the costs of the idiot wall continue to climb AND Mexico will never pay a dime for it. Thus the Congress may be less inclined to approve funding for this Trump Folly. Another in a long line of promises built on sand.
