So your 'new solution' is a return to the policies and systems that began the HC crisis as far back and as near as Clinton's first term 25 years ago. Didn't work then. Won't work now. You going to give some cashier that works at Caseys' a Tax Abatement to cover her health care costs. I don't think so.

And my solution is not that you are mandated to sign up for it. YOU ARE IN IT. There's no sign up. You are born.
