national championship coaches have changed D1 programs? Ever? It does not happen outside of Knight getting fired for off court stuff.

The next K, Self, Izzo, Pitino, etc is out there. The best strategy is to try to find him. A few of us knew who that guy was in 2011, but nobody wanted to listen. Now, we can't get him.

Martin will be fine. We'll be good. His ceiling is a tic above Mike Anderson and people were really sick of Mike Anderson until we screwed up the next two hires and all of a sudden everybody loves him again.
