SEC gives Mizzou. Who could Mizzou have landed if they had tossed a number like $4.5 M on the table?

No we are not a UK, Duke or UCLA but we are far above the K-States and Mississippi States of the world. I just wish we had aimed a bit higher to begin with. Maybe CM can get talent to Mizzou but what suggest that he will be able to get that talent to the next level?
