Ok...I will play.
1). Appreciate the setiment on defense. Not sure if I am convinced by your arguement whether we need to spend more or less. But can agree it is one of the areas that we should review. It would mean a review of all line items if we are talking about waste.
2). I agree the small things matter. How about we cut the number of trips we send AF1 to Florida
3). As a liberterian, I have a hard time disagreeing about some of the arts. A liberterian would say if it is so important, those who enjoy its benefits should fund it. However, do we seriously make the arts the playground of the wealthy only, or is there some benefit to allowed the great unwashed to enjoy them too? Does having an education about the arts help or hurt having well rounded citizens.
4). Would be happy to have some of the crap congress spends money on spotlighted. Lets start with wasted and endless congressional investigations into Beghazi that were pursued for no real purpose other than trying to find political gain.
5). Another good place to save a buck - make congress take the same healthcare - Trumpcare here they come = that the masses have, Wouldn't you agree?
