that generally gives the people needed jobs - and who do not have decades long conditioning of the people to expect to be taken care of - then they may be a little big better off. May be.
Oh, hope you don't bring up Canada, who has many people come here for care because it takes months to see the doctor they need. Kind of what you get when you try to take care of everyone for everything.
