And if you're ignorant enough to buy their R&D line I actually feel sorry for you. That cost is spread over all of their products regardless of where they ship them and it is obvious to even the casual observer that while the accounting of that expense is allocated to product remaining in the US it is just that an allocation. Pfizer drugs roll off the US assembly line and are directed to an area for labeling according to country of destination.
