Your version of the truth makes it easier to justify your truth, thus protests, thus burning cars, etc.
The jobless rate is a joke, if you consider growth in part time jobs at fast food places, good growth, you are delusional. Manufacturing is putting together 21st century products, yes automation is a big part of that, but so are engineering and high technical positions.
